These Terms are a legally binding agreement between Lisa Watson Fitness (“Company,” “We,” “Us”) and You (“User,” “Client”). By accessing our website, opting into our newsletter, or downloading/purchasing our digital resources (“Offering”), you agree to these Terms.

1. COACHING & NUTRITION DISCLAIMERS (ONTARIO)

Lisa Watson Fitness is not a medical professional or a Registered Dietitian.

Educational Purpose: Our guides and newsletters are for general teaching and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

One-Time Macro Counts: Personalized macro targets are estimates for wellness and performance tracking. They are not a medical prescription for any health condition or eating disorder.

Assumption of Risk: You are responsible for consulting a physician before starting any new exercise or nutrition program. You voluntarily assume all risk of injury or adverse physical effects.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Single-User License: All downloads (free or paid) are for your personal use only. You may not share, email, or redistribute our PDFs or custom macro targets.

No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our resources, all sales are final. No refunds are issued once the file is delivered or the service initiated.

Ownership: All content, formulas, and designs are the exclusive property of Lisa Watson Fitness.

3. PRIVACY & EMAIL (CASL COMPLIANCE)

Consent: By requesting a digital resource, you provide express consent to join our email list and receive marketing updates.

Data Use: We collect your name and email only to deliver your requested resources and send newsletters. We never sell your data.

Unsubscribe: You may opt out at any time via the link at the bottom of our emails.

4. WEBSITE USE & LIABILITY

"As Is" Basis: Use of our website is at your own risk. We provide content "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Indemnification: You agree to hold Lisa Watson Fitness harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of our materials.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Simcoe County, Ontario.
